PACKAGE 3 — Four-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner
$100 + tax & gratuity per person
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Reservation required by Monday, December 29th
Four-Course Menu:
Course 1 – Amuse Bouche Smoked salmon on house-made medallion brown soda bread with herbed cream cheese, capers & lemon.
Course 2 – Appetizer (Choose One):
• Irish Flag Salad: Arugula, spinach, jicama, mandarin oranges, feta cheese, walnuts, orange balsamic dressing
• OR French Onion Soup
Course 3 – Entrée (Choose One):
• Prime Rib Dinner (10oz, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, yorkshire pudding, horseradish, au jus)
• Stuffed Pork Tenderloin (apple cider o'jus, potato and cheese croquette, roasted heirloom carrots)
• Wild Mushroom Fettuccini (white wine cream sauce; add chicken or shrimp)
• Baked Salmon (cream dill lemon sauce, rice pilaf, seasonal veg)
