Take a sneak peek inside our test kitchen to see what Doc’s is cooking. We’re trying out classic Irish pub fare like bangers and mash and Sheppard’s pie, as well as some new and delicious spins on old favourites.

Here's some of our favourites so far!

Our signature corned beef blended to perfection in a Swiss cheese, cream cheese and sauerkraut ball. This trifecta of taste is then rolled in seasoned breadcrumbs and served with 1000 Islands Dressing.

A house special! We take fresh thinly slice potato chips and layer them with bacon, green onions and melted cheddar cheese and bake it to a decadent mound of perfection. Served with salsa and sour cream.

A taste of traditional Irish cuisine! Boxty is a blend of mashed and shredded potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper mixed into a pancake and stone-baked. So far we’ve tried Reuben, chicken curry, grilled vegetable and fresh haddock boxty – and they were all amazing!

The Leinster Burger

We're developing an incredible selection of burgers, and one of our favourites so far is this sumptuous Lamb Burger adorned with feta cheese and mint aioli.

Break out the Bushmills - it's time for dinner! We're marinating a succulent piece of bone-in chicken breast in whiskey and then pan-searing and oven-baking it to perfection. Served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and accompanied by seasonal fresh vegetables.

They all look delicious and taste even better! We can't wait to you try them too and discover your own favourites!
